Program Description

Tritel LLC provides an automated SMS alert system to notify technicians and system administrators of critical hardware errors, equipment status changes, and system health updates.

User Opt-In

By entering a mobile phone number into the Tritel device configuration page and saving your settings, you expressly consent to receive non-marketing, automated text messages from Tritel LLC. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message Frequency and Rates

Message frequency varies based on device activity and the number of error cases detected.

Message and data rates may apply. Please check with your mobile carrier for details on your plan.

Support and Opt-Out Instructions

To Stop: You may opt out of receiving messages at any time by removing the phone number from the device configuration portal. Additionally, you may reply STOP to any message received from us to cancel. You will receive one final text confirming your opt-out.

Carrier Liability

Mobile carriers (including, but not limited to, T-Mobile) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
